1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

• You receive a damaged or defective product.
• You receive the wrong product.
• The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Opened or used perfumes.
• Products with broken or removed seals.
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
• Products purchased during clearance or special sale offers (unless damaged or incorrect).

3. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, leaking, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your Order Number
• Clear photos of the product and packaging
• A brief description of the issue

Our team will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.

4. Refund Process

Once your returned product is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to your original payment method or bank account.
• If you paid through Cash on Delivery (COD), our support team will contact you for your bank account details.

5. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only for:

• Damaged products
• Defective products
• Incorrect items delivered

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

6. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
• Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

7. Shipping Charges

• If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective product), return shipping charges will be borne by AMAR KING Perfumes.
• For any other approved return, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
